Intelligent Energy-Savings and Process Improvement Strategies in Energy-Intensive Industries
Teng, Sin Yong ; Professor, Ponnambalam Sivalinga Govindarajan, (referee) ; Pavlas, Martin (referee) ; Máša, Vítězslav (advisor)
(v) Porovnání techniky HTM (Hierarchical Temporal Memory) a duální optimalizace s několika prediktivními nástroji pro podporu managementu provozu v reálném čase. (vi) Implementace umělé neuronové sítě v rámci rozhraní pro konvenční procesní graf (P-graf). (vii) Zdůraznění budoucnosti umělé inteligence a procesního inženýrství v biosystémech prostřednictvím komerčně založeného paradigmatu multi-omics.
Software Support of the Receiving Process in the Manufacturing Company
Fiala, Jiří ; Rojka, Aleš (referee) ; Bartošek, Vladimír (advisor)
This master´s thesis will focus on the design of a system solution leading to the improvement of internal processes in a manufacturing company. The work will analyze the current state and evaluate the weaknesses of the process. The output will be an electronic data interchange (EDI) proposal, including pre-shipment notifications (ASN). The last part of the work will be economic evaluation and benefits for the company.
Process Optimization in Services
Illek, Adam ; Rompotl, Jaroslav (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is aimed on process optimization in hotel services. The solution is focused on processes related with accommodation assured by hotel reception, which lead to elimination of routine activities, the elimination of data duplication and their digitalization. The thesis is divided into three parts, which are devoted to theoretical delimination, analysis and process improvement.
Business processes in a selected company
Michálek, Lukáš ; Hlaváček, Jan (referee) ; Ulč, Jakub (advisor)
The bachelors´s thesis deals with the optimization of business processes in a selected company. The first part describes the theoretical basis for the method of analysis, modeling language and business negotiations. In the second part, analytical, the MMABP method is used for process analysis and qualitative research to obtain data for process optimization. In the third part, proposal, a new proces sis created and solutions are recommended for the company.
Optimization of the Production Process using Prediction Simulation
Pechánek, David ; Rompotl, Jaroslav (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
This bachelor's work looks at analysing the current form of the manufacturing process and proposing to improve it using predictive simulation. The theoretical part of the work describes the basic concepts associated with the organisation's procedural management. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on the production processes and methodology of simulation projects associated with the creation of the process's digital twin. In the analysis section, the production business is first presented and a global process analysis is carried out. A specific production process, which will be optimised is then analysed here. The design section describes simulation models of the current and proposed form of the process and evaluates the benefits of the proposed solution.
The proposal of the system of regular monitoring of the suppliers’ process capability indices
Kubica, Ondřej ; Zbudil, Ondřej (referee) ; Škapa, Stanislav (advisor)
This diploma thesis named “The Proposal of the System of Regular Monitoring of the Suppliers’ Process Capability Indices” is divided into two sections. There is a theory about statistical process control with emphasized process capability analysis in the first section. The content of the second section is starting point, procedure and the outcome of the project I worked on in Robert Bosch Company, České Budějovice. The aim of the project is the improvement of input quality via the evaluation of suppliers based on their outcomes of SPC.
Project of automated product control on production line
Pelcl, Milan ; Starý, Jiří (referee) ; Špinka, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with analysis one of the production lines at ModusLink Czech Republic s.r.o. It seeks to find possibilities for automation of different processes on the line, currently performed manually. The basic focus is to find the appropriate technical solutions to the automated control of the designated production line. The work seeks to describe all meaningful solutions and compare their advantages and disadvantages. From this comparison of the final proposal is based on comprehensive solutions with the use of machine vision. Another point is the selection of a suitable contractor for the implementation of the proposal, making its advantage in economic terms and the resulting recommendations, if implemented the proposal.
